Edition Note:
The First Edition offered a Single Consolidated book and a Two-Volume set (due to past international distribution limits). Those limits are resolved, so the Second Edition is available worldwide in the Single Consolidated format, and the two-volume confusion has been eliminated.

I'm trying to buy your book in Spain but the price is ridiculously high. More than double the rate you mentioned.

Others European Amazon sites like the UK or German site offers your book for a similar rate you mentioned.

I don't know why in my country we are punished with this high price.

Is there any way to purchase your book outside the Amazon chanel?
